FWAG works closely with many environmental partners to protect and enhance our habitats and biodiversity.  Butterfly Conservation is the UK charity taking action to save butterflies and moths. The Society has 12,000 members and is the largest organisation of its kind in Europe.

Butterfly Conservation staff and volunteers provide advice and manage habitats to ensure their survival, focussing on threatened species. The organisation also runs major recording and monitoring schemes on butterflies and moths, and new recorders and records are welcome.
